Co-founder of Sparkle Live Music, Kewei is the sassy Singaporean singer-songwriter who used to be known as the “Back-up Diva”. She toured with the biggest names in Mandarin pop, as backing vocalist in their world concert tours, with David Tao, JJ Lin, Amei and Wang Leehom for 6 years.

She also plays the erhu, adding an international appeal to her music with a chinois twist.

​She amassed fans through her Youtube videos, released an independent EP “KEEP!”with Ein Ein as a duo, and launched the album in Hong Kong, with a surprise guest Khalil Fong who came to support!

In 2010, she released her debut album “Come Closer with Kewei”, which was the No. 1 album on the HMV Jazz Charts for several weeks. She recorded a bilingual duet with Filipino heartthrob Christian Bautista, was awarded Local New Artist (Media’s Choice) at the 16th Singapore Hit Awards, and represented Singapore at the Hong Kong Asian Music Festival.

​In 2011, she was appointed the Intellectual Property of Singapore (IPOS) ambassador together with Dick Lee, and released her sophomore album “Fallin” in 2012.

2014 saw Kewei headline Resorts World Sentosa’s Chinese New Year Gala Dinner together with Wang Leehom, and she took part in her first musical production “Innamorati” by Toy Factory, as well as in National Day Parade.

She also recorded and exclusively released her Piano Jazz audiophile album in Japan, which topped the sales charts in its first month of release.

Einein is the lead keyboardist of Sparkle Live Music, and have performed at hundreds of weddings and events, with more than 10 years of experience. Her vast experience also extends to teaching, where she coaches in pop keyboard as well as composing courses.

As the soprano of established acapella group Micappella, they recently did Singapore proud by winning the 2nd place in , broadcast on national TV, after spending 2 months in China. They were also invited to perform in Europe’s international acappella festival , and won as PK challenger in Taiwan’s .

Her first EP album released with Tay Kewei featured her as a pianist/singer-songwriter and they toured in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. They were also invited to Taiwanese talent search TV show and emerged victorious as a PK challenger.

A petite dynamite, Kexin is a small girl with a big voice.

She was named “Jazz Queen” as a PK Challenger on Taiwan’s Super Idol 2011, and her regular performance at Switch by Timbre has amassed a fan following. Her versatility from sweet jazz numbers to high energy pop hits has made her highly popular at various occasions. ​

In Dec 2012, Kexin released her own EP [Get Set Go], in which she penned songs of positivity and new beginnings, and it quickly topped Singapore’s CD-RAMA regional charts within the first week of sales. “Prove Myself” also ranked no. 12 on MeRadio’s 2012 Top 20 singles, and later was one of the soundtracks for Channel U’s hit drama show “Marry Me”.

Dec 2013, Kexin was appointed as David Tao’s Concert World Tour backing vocalist and has travelled with him to perform at over 15 city states, including countries like China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia Etc.

Dec 2014, Kexin was awarded the Breakthrough in Arts Award by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during Youth Time 2014 and was invited to participate in the Youth Time 2014 Dialogue with the PM and other Youths.

Alfred Sim is a highly sought after performer for his versatility – his ability to silence the dinner with his artistry has been witnessed at every performance.

He emerged Overall Champion for Channel U’s Project Superstar 2014, and is now a Mediacorp artiste. Earlier in 2015, he proved his prowess again by winning the Singapore’s leg of  The Voice of China qualifying, and will be the Singapore representative to take part in The Voice of  China 2015.

Jacky’s smooth and charismatic vocals are always a crowd favourite. He croons mainstream mandarin pop ballads, and have been compared to JJ Lin Junjie on many occasions.

In late 2013, he released his single in China and Singapore, entitled 《是我不好》, and has received huge support.

At the young age of 14, he was selected for Ocean Butterflies’ Season 2 非常歌手訓練班, where he, A-Do and JJ Lin became classmates. He then went on to explore his song composing and dance talents.

In 2006, Jacky and his band, J3, hit the “Superband”stage on national television and emerged as the top 4 bands.

Peter Huang has been heavily involved in the music scene both internationally and locally for the last 14 years, wearing different hats as a singer, songwriter, producer, vocal percussionist, arranger and recording engineer.

He was signed as an exclusive recording artiste with Skyhigh Entertainment in Taipei, Taiwan. Besides doing his own songwriting and music production, he was also assistant producer, engineer and vocal instructor and has lent his voice and music arrangements to various artistes within the same label.

Peter founded a 2 girl 4 guy vocal band in mid 2009 called MICappella. The band most recently made history by being the first-ever vocal band be nominated for 4 awards in the 18th Annual Singapore Hit Awards ( received the prestigious Media Recommendation Award for Local Artistes. Along with MICappella, Peter has performed at prolific international events like the Singapore E-Awards 2011 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and the Singapore Youth Olympics 2010. He also represented Singapore at Taiwan’s premier singing competition Super Idol 5 in 2011, Hong Kong Asian Pop-Music Festival where they shared the stage with Girls’ Generation in 2013.

Since he was three years old, Jee Yon was trained by his mother, an experienced singer. It is also through his

He is a currently a resident performer and musician at Shanghai Dolly.

Huixian’s sweet, dulcet tone is a delight at any event, but more than that, she definitely packs a punch! She was the Champion of Starhub’s reality TV singing competition Sunsilk Academy Fantasia, and also Top 6 in Campus Superstar 2006. She was also one of the key singers for 2013’s National Day Parade.

With so much performing experience, she still remains down to earth, with a friendly warmth that is infectious to any audience.

She released  her debut EP in late 2014, entitled 梦想的翅膀 (Wings Of Dreams). She was also was appointed to perform at the A-Nation Concert, alongside with international acts like Aaron Yan and Ayumi Hamasaki, and the only Singapore artiste who performed at the concert.

She landed the second female lead role in Toy Factory Production’s highlight Mandarin musical <December Rain 雨季> in August 2015.

From a high energy party song like ‘Georgy Porgy’ to a tender ballad like ‘Serenity’, or a sexy romp like ‘Fever’, the lady can sing it all. Her powerful voice, uniqueness, combined with her effortless improvisational skills and showmanship, as well as her grounded and true personality, made her a popular artiste.

With a first rate band, and the charisma that has charmed people around the world, Michelle turns mere events into shows. Naturally, Michelle found her place with musicians with an international outlook, having performed with the backing of the Holland’s top sessionists for artistes such as Anouk and Marco Bosato, and recorded with Spanish musicians which included Spain’s pioneer for rock-Andulaz flamenco.

She held her a memorable residency at Barstop on Fridays from 2007- 2009, holding top nights there with her 4 piece band. Recently she embarked on a season of duelling pianos with Stephen Francis. After which, Michelle performed to her own sell-out show at Singapore’s premier jazz club – the Sultan Jazz Club, and was invited back as guest artiste with Johnny James & his all American band on New Years Eve that same year. Michelle is also featured weekly as solo singer-pianist at the Marina Bay Sands, a destination developed by Las Vegas Sands ranked Singapore’s most checked-in venue in 2013.

Ywenna Carollin a jazz pianist and vocalist born in Indonesia and grew up in Malaysia. She actively performs at various jazz venues in Malaysia and Indonesia. She is a regular performer at various jazz festivals, private event launches, awards, weddings, hotels and etc.

She displays a gutsy versatility in several genres of music and has shared stage with some of the well-known artists. In October 2009, Ywenna released the debut album “The Naked Soul” with her band Tokyo Blue – her own jazz instrumental band whereshe proved herself as composer/arranger/pianist. Ywenna has been touringwith the group ever since in Southeast Asia, China, Korea, Nepal, Australiaand Africa.

She even showcased her talent in front of Malaysia’s Dato Sri Datuk Najib, accompanied various Malaysian local artists such as Hunny Madu, Sufiah Noor (Top 12 Finalist of Malaysian Idol), Joanna Bessey Dina (Malaysian Idol Runner Up).

Her repertoire comprises rock, pop, a cappella, indie, classical, hip hop, r&b, and many more. Add 21 years of piano playing, and 11 years of being active in the music scene to that, and you get a performance that is unique in nature.

When you listen to Calin sing and play the piano, what will mesmerize you will not only be her sultry and strong voice, nor the way the piano keys flow and respond to her fingers, but also, her interpretation of the song. Calin seeks to perform every song in her style; she can rock out a ballad, jazz up a classic, and even turn a hip hop chart-topper into simple yet endearing lounge music.

Dubbed as the brightest young jazz star on the local Jazz scene, Meryl’s striking presence and soaring vocals has earned her a spot as the lead vocalist of the Singapore Jazz Orchestra, and Esplanade’s Jazz mentorship Bright Young Things Program under the annual Mosaic Music Festival.

She has studied under 2 time grammy nominee Tierney Sutton and other jazz greats. Meryl’s powerhouse vocals shine on emotional ballads, while her abilities to swing and scat allow her to take on high octane bebop and swing tunes.

Meryl also interprets English and Mandarin Pop songs effortlessly and has been invited to perform for the President of Singapore, and for Singapore’s Fashion Season @ Orchard amongst many other events.

Meryl recently recorded her debut modern jazz album with her band, OffTheCuff.

But as much as she enjoys enchanting with the evergreens, she’s able to seamlessly glide into pop, rock and RnB. She loves to entertain and making sure that the audience is having a good time.

A singer & dancer, Zrina lives and breathes music as a freelance performer. Her love for entertaining started at a young age. Singing has always been her first passion but dance also quickly became a big part of her life. So sing & dance she did, with her humble beginnings at the SAF Music & Drama Company in 2006, which was her stepping-stone to many gratifying experiences that she’s had up till today.

She found herself performing a snippet of Madonna’s Vogue in front of the nation in Chapter 5, National Day 2009, standing in for Miss Kit Chan in National Day 2007 rehearsals, entertaining fellow Singaporeans with SRT’s “Fried Rice Paradise” for PA’s 50th anniversary, and recently, braving turbulence on a plane to Germany to share the Singaporean culture with song and dance for the “Lindau Meetings of Nobel Laureates 2012” with President Tony Tan in attendance and many more!

Co-founder of Sparkle Live Music, Kewei is the sassy Singaporean singer-songwriter who used to be known as the “Back-up Diva”. She toured with the biggest names in Mandarin pop, as backing vocalist in their world concert tours, with David Tao, JJ Lin, Amei and Wang Leehom for 6 years.

She also plays the erhu, adding an international appeal to her music with a chinois twist.

​She amassed fans through her Youtube videos, released an independent EP “KEEP!”with Ein Ein as a duo, and launched the album in Hong Kong, with a surprise guest Khalil Fong who came to support!

In 2010, she released her debut album “Come Closer with Kewei”, which was the No. 1 album on the HMV Jazz Charts for several weeks. She recorded a bilingual duet with Filipino heartthrob Christian Bautista, was awarded Local New Artist (Media’s Choice) at the 16th Singapore Hit Awards, and represented Singapore at the Hong Kong Asian Music Festival.

​In 2011, she was appointed the Intellectual Property of Singapore (IPOS) ambassador together with Dick Lee, and released her sophomore album “Fallin” in 2012.

2014 saw Kewei headline Resorts World Sentosa’s Chinese New Year Gala Dinner together with Wang Leehom, and she took part in her first musical production “Innamorati” by Toy Factory, as well as in National Day Parade.

She also recorded and exclusively released her Piano Jazz audiophile album in Japan, which topped the sales charts in its first month of release.

A petite dynamite, Kexin is a small girl with a big voice.

She was named “Jazz Queen” as a PK Challenger on Taiwan’s Super Idol 2011, and her regular performance at Switch by Timbre has amassed a fan following. Her versatility from sweet jazz numbers to high energy pop hits has made her highly popular at various occasions. ​

In Dec 2012, Kexin released her own EP [Get Set Go], in which she penned songs of positivity and new beginnings, and it quickly topped Singapore’s CD-RAMA regional charts within the first week of sales. “Prove Myself” also ranked no. 12 on MeRadio’s 2012 Top 20 singles, and later was one of the soundtracks for Channel U’s hit drama show “Marry Me”.

Dec 2013, Kexin was appointed as David Tao’s Concert World Tour backing vocalist and has travelled with him to perform at over 15 city states, including countries like China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia Etc.

Dec 2014, Kexin was awarded the Breakthrough in Arts Award by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during Youth Time 2014 and was invited to participate in the Youth Time 2014 Dialogue with the PM and other Youths.
